Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Cleanse and Migration Manager to join our team. This role will support the Senior Manager leading the Data Cleanse and Migration capability, focusing on managing projects, developing client solutions, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cleansing and migrating data for ERP systems, particularly Oracle and SAP, and will have worked in the ENR sector, especially oil and gas. What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts and provide technical expertise during client engagements.
  • Design and architect Oracle Analytics Cloud solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the delivery of Oracle Analytics Cloud projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Middle East, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Produce thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to establish KPMG as a leader in the Oracle Analytics space.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Analytics developments and trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Lead the design and development of ETL and data integration routines using Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, ODI, and Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Develop custom solutions by leveraging assets and services from the global marketplace.
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate change management and governance practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis for Oracle Analytics Cloud issues and develop permanent code fixes, tuning, and configurations.
  • Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle including planning, requirements determination, current state analysis, solution design, estimating, construction, testing, training, implementing, and ongoing support and improvement., With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.     Degree educated, (master preferred) in a related field.
  • Experience working in the Middle Eastern market.
  • Certification in Oracle products.
  • DAMA (Data Management Association) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Dimensional Data Modelling using tools like ERWIN or ERStudio.
  • Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in the Middle Eastern market.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Certification in Oracle products.
  • DAMA (Data Management Association) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Dimensional Data Modelling using tools like ERWIN or ERStudio.
