Order Management Specialist I.

An Order Management Specialist/Analyst is responsible for monitoring and processing incoming sales orders, communicating order status to customers, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers. This includes verifying the availability of placed orders and ensuring its quality before shipment to meet or exceed customer expectations.,

• Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with field offices on the status of account issues and needs.
• Ensure that ERP information is maintained to drive production and supply planning, including current and past customer information, sales orders, and quotations.
• Generate basic reports and assist in analyzing order-related data.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as sales, planning, manufacturing, quality, materials handling, logistics, and customer service to complete responsibilities to meet or exceed customer expectations for timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with the integration of ERP and other order management processes.
• Conduct inventory information gathering at the customer level and perform inventory level monitoring, reporting to appropriate personnel.
• Provide strong customer relations and service to assist with customer issues and needs. Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
• Facilitate order management tasks that provide sample submissions to new and existing customers.
• Process consignment inventory billing orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  High school diploma or equivalent and
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
