WHAT TO EXPECT This new role is at the forefront of enabling change in this incredible business, in a new and growing team. You'll work in partnership with managers and leaders to deploy progressive organisational development projects, frameworks, and initiatives and will facilitate teams to have the self-awareness and confidence to do the same. You will act as an internal consultant, providing specialist expertise to the People Partner team and relevant leadership teams in the implementation of organisation culture, change and development. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Analyse and deliver systemic organisation development activities, interventions and tools in line with priority business objectives
- Lead team coaching and development work.
- Support the People Partners to deploying new/updated practices into the organisation
- Partnering with stakeholders to co-create solutions and use stakeholder feedback to shape and refine changes.
- Monitoring effectiveness of changes to drive continuous improvement in response to feedback and contextual changes.
Experience of leading and implementing successful changes using organisation development, diagnostic and dialogic practices ideally gained within a large, complex, global organisation - Experience of driving a large-scale organisation change through to successful embedment
- Experience in working with senior leadership level to create and implement change
- Experience in change roles / change management
- Advanced understanding of cultural and behavioural change
