Full Job Description

The Organisational Development Advisor is a key role within the CLCH Academy to provide a professional and specialist organisational development and leadership service to CLCH. A key part of the role will be the development and delivery of leadership, management and team effectiveness training and interventions with a view to supporting staff to reach their full potential. This will include actively delivering both virtual and classroom teaching as well as supporting staff and teams through action learning and team facilitation. In addition, the role will lead in the development and delivery of action plans to support organisational and system wide projects. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience of managing OD and leadership programmes in a complex organisation and across systems, with highly developed facilitation skills. You will work closely with the wider Academy team and key stakeholders within the operational divisions to ensure that OD and leadership initiatives move forward as planned and to support cultural change within the Trust as part of the wider Trust strategies.Main duties of the job The post holder will work with the Academy on OD and leadership development projects and be accountable for delivering on them and support the wider Academy agenda priorities as required. The post holder will be responsible for: OD and Leadership Development Appraisal Internal Consultancy Service
