Full Job Description
University Hospitals Dorset have an exciting opportunity within the Trust's Organisational Development team for an Organisational Development (OD) Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, friendly, positive, professional outlook, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times and have a strong administrative background.
This role is at the heart of a team created to support delivery of a large and complex organisational development programme. The post holder will provide administration and support for all the organisational development work streams and to all members of the OD team., A primary purpose of this role is facilitating and supporting the OD team to ensure we deliver our priorities on time, while providing the outward professional face of OD to our internal and external clients.
The role will include providing full administrative support to our training programmes and OD events, managing and maintaining our training resources, keeping our intranet pages and other communication routes up to date and easy to use. It will also involve monitoring progress on requests for support from leaders and teams at UHD. It will include supporting on regular employee surveys in terms of producing reports, monitoring completion rates and analysing data. We are looking for an experienced minute taker and someone who can provide administrative support to our champions and network groups.
The role holder will also assist the OD team in the wider programme management, and in particular in booking venues, purchasing training items and managing invoices.
