Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to support to our internal and external customers, including those in PSS Ltd, the University of South Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and The College Merthyr Tydfil.

As an Organisational Development Practitioner your role will be to support the delivery of these key themes:

This fixed term role (0.6 FTE) will help drive forward the key activities to implement the USW People Strategy. You will have Organisational Development (OD) experience alongside a strong HR generalist background, and with the ability to engage, professionally challenge and develop OD interventions to support USW.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
