Organisational Development Practitioner

IWT and PHU are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Organisational Development (OD) Team. We are recruiting for Organisational Development Practitioners in two exciting areas:

• Culture and Team Development
• Health, Wellbeing, and Coaching
This is a unique chance to work across the OD function, delivering impactful initiatives that enhance our organisational culture, foster team cohesion, and promote health and wellbeing across both organisations.   Proven experience in organisational development, coaching, or related fields.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design impactful development programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• A results-oriented approach with expertise in evaluating programme outcomes.
• Familiarity with healthcare environments and their unique challenges is advantageous.
