IWT and PHU are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Organisational Development (OD) Team. We are recruiting for Organisational Development Practitioners in two exciting areas:
- Culture and Team Development
- Health, Wellbeing, and Coaching This is a unique chance to work across the OD function, delivering impactful initiatives that enhance our organisational culture, foster team cohesion, and promote health and wellbeing across both organisations. There is a requirement to travel between sites, with details to be discussed upon successful appointment.Why Join Us?

- Collaborate with OD partners, practitioners, and wider stakeholders to ensure programmes align with business objectives and clinical strategies.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative OD programmes, ensuring they meet organisational needs and have measurable impact.
- Support the development of a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
- Champion an environment that prioritises employee Wellbeing, collaboration, and professional growth.
Proven experience in organisational development, coaching, or related fields. - Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to design impactful development programmes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A results-oriented approach with expertise in evaluating programme outcomes.
- Familiarity with healthcare environments and their unique challenges is advantageous.
