The main focus of the role will be to support colleague development to deliver our 'grow our own' model, upskill our managers, support wellbeing and focus on creating an inclusive workplace.

The post holder will take an active role in leading learning and organisational development activities, scoping, designing, facilitating, and evaluating development interventions which support teams and leaders through change.

The successful candidate will also develop frameworks (digital and face to face) to enable leaders to lead compassionately and inclusively, ensuring CHFT is a great place to work.

We are seeking individuals who have had previous experience in learning design and facilitation, as well as exposure to various types of OD interventions. The post holder will be a strong communicator with an eye for detail.
