This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
Join the University of Westminster's dynamic Organisational Development Team. We are dedicated to advancing our Being Westminster Strategy 2029, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the University.
The OD Team sits within the People Culture and Wellbeing Directorate and delivers key elements of the People Strategy across our complex organisation. From delivering learning and development, to enabling colleague engagement and wellbeing, to supporting cultural transformation, the team collaborates with academic and professional services partners to consult and deliver on tailored people initiatives.
We are seeking a Project Officer to join the University of Westminster's Organisational Development Team. This role will support the expansion of the team's remit ensuring ambitious projects and dependencies are effectively managed. In this role, you will support various organisational development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operational and administrative tasks, coordinating events, conducting data analysis, supporting audits, and monitoring project risks.

The ideal candidate will have proven project management skills, be CIPD qualified or possess equivalent HR experience, and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities alongside a customer service mindset. In addition, the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently is also required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the Being Westminster Strategy 2029 and make a significant impact on the University's development and culture.
