Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term contract role covering maternity, to join Veolia's central Organisational Development team. You will work within a team of 8, who are working hard at delivering learning and development initiatives to help support our wider mission of our organisation's development inline with our strategy. The ideal person will have experience of working within the learning and development world. We are looking for someone to join us who understands the importance of identifying learning needs, to in turn design and deliver development initiatives, aligned with our organisation's overall strategy of GreenUp, and embedding these learnings to create behavioural change. Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:
- Drive a culture that aligns with Veolia's values, fostering long-term success and efficient ways of working.
- Engage, and inspire stakeholders to deliver key transformations.
- Scope, design, and implement Organisational Development interventions to respond to changing priorities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, through embedding learning and development interventions to measure success of investment and effectiveness

We are looking for someone who has the desire to create meaningful change with people and organisational culture, who values diversity and aims to make a meaningful impact., Someone who has experience facilitating development and learning. You do not need to be an instructor or lecturer, who are content or subject matter experts. There'll be some crossover but for the most part, you will be focused on optimising training processes, leading insightful discussions, fostering knowledge sharing and helping people learn from the experience itself. - Have the ability to broker strong stakeholder relationships, influencing and negotiating in a context of uncertainty and change to obtain buy in and engagement across the organisation
- Be able to instil confidence with your stakeholders through clear communication and consistent delivery
- Have the ability to effectively motivate people, coaching and developing to engage individuals and deliver high performance.
- Instil trust, maximising relationships and gaining the confidence of others through integrity, authenticity and effective communication
- Understand the drivers of an organisation's strategies, aligns and translates them into key HR initiatives
- Be experienced at a senior level, in public or private sector, of delivering organisational transformation
- Be a strategic thinker who can take a broader view, participate in setting and driving long term strategy
- Be able to clearly articulate vision and strategy
