Slough Borough Council is on its way up and under new leadership and a renewed sense of direction, we are keen to appoint Organisational Development Support Officer to support our OD team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the team with the implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organisational culture, and drive continuous improvement. You will provide a confidential and effective administrative and training support service to the OD team and will be managing the training system (Cornerstone), booking employees onto training courses, maintaining budgets, reporting on appraisals whilst managing the training inbox. Alongside a competitive salary, we provide:
