Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organisational Funding Manager to act as a point of contact between 10 voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, Auriga Services and Utilita Giving. Building positive relationships with all stakeholders to successfully deliver the place-based support element of the Utilita Giving pilot.

As a Organisational Funding Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of investment funds, ensuring their efficient operation and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship and contract between Auriga Services and Utilita Giving.

  • Meet key reporting deadlines, collecting data and information to the relevant boards both internally and externally.

  • Ensure the operational team achieves all contractual obligations and where delivery is off track action is taken immediately.

  • Lead day to day contract management of all 10 community organisations who are selected to deliver the pilot service, 5 in Leicester & 5 in Luton.

  • Work with the funded organisations to deliver key reporting deadlines, collecting and collating data and information relative to the pilot.

  • Shape and design efficient reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes for all 10 community organisations.

  • Track budgets and spending to ensure project delivery.

  • Monitor outcomes and KPI's of each funded organisation to ensure they remain on target to meet their pilot outputs.

  • Support effective working relationships across the business and act as an ambassador, advocating with external organisations.

  • Travel, as necessary (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to have presence on site in both Leicester & Luton, engaging with the funded organisations which Utilita Giving are funding. It is expected that the Organisational Funding Manager will visit each organisation at least once per month. All expenses will be paid.

    Job Salary: £37,800 to £40,000 fte

  • Team: Service Delivery

  • Contract Term: Permanent

  • Location: Hybrid Working - office base is currently in Sutton Coldfield - moving to Birmingham city centre from January 2025. Role includes visiting external sites in Leicester and Luton

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Job Salary: £44,200 fte

  • Team: IT Team

  • Contract Term: Permanent

  • Location: Hybrid working - office base is currently in Sutton Coldfield - moving to Birmingham city centre from January 2025

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
