As the Organisational and Learning Development Lead, you will be instrumental in developing our staff. You will design and implement innovative programs that align with our goals and enhance the skills of our team. Your role will promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organisation.

You will take the lead on specific activities and projects to support both the staff of the statutory employing body of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and on system work that is related in partnership with the wider Integrated Care System (ICS) to realise the benefits and efficiencies of working as a whole system., The Organisational Development (OD) Lead will provide professional OD and Learning and Development expertise into a variety of OD System Development programmes and projects across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) Integrated Care System (ICS).

The post holder will be required to build and maintain excellent working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, engaging them in highly sensitive, complex, or contentious issues. They will also represent the organisation in highly sensitive and political situations, delivering difficult messages to high-level audiences where required.

The post holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in the People Team, senior leaders across the ICB and colleagues across the ICS.
