OTC Administrator

To provide a full administration service for the Clinical/Nursing teams across the CMG ensuring that the quality of standards of the Trust are met. To provide support and guidance to patients, carers, relatives, and others contacting the service. To prospectively look at treatment slot availability to ensure maximum efficiencies within the service to agreed patient safety guidance, ensuring correct booking methods and policies are adhered to., The successful applicant with work apart of team to ensure the smooth running and operation of the treatment centre.

The post-holder will be responsible for making sure all relevant documentation is obtained before a patient is expected.

The post-holder is also expected to greet all patients in a positive and inviting manner in line with our UHL policies.

Full time working hours - Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
