Job Overview This is an opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to support our 15 year old client during the hours of 09:30-14:30 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Our client is extremely passionate about horses and riding and is committed to caring for and managing her horses where they reside at the family home. Our client is currently accessing the British Horse Society programme and working towards awards with aspirations to become a dressage rider. You will be expected to be flexible to meet the needs of our client, to support at events, competitions, riding lessons to name a few.

Our client is extremely polite and well mannered, she will need encouragement and support to help build positive relationships with new people as can feel anxious in and around new people and environments.

It would be a privilege to work alongside our client, family and the wider team to encourage her to seek our new opportunities within the equine world and reach her goals!, Positive OT and Case Management are a case management company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We recruit support workers for various clients up and down the country.

Someone with equine and horsemanship is essential Equine qualifications are desirable UK driving licence is essential Previous support worker experience is desirable Will be required to exercises horses. Must be able to confidently ride Offer of employment is subject to safe recruitment pre employment checks. Full induction will be provided in the first 2 weeks of employment, we do require some level of experience, ideally NVQ Health and Social care qualification, however this is not essential. This will be discussed at a short pre-screener interview.
