Full Job Description

HSBC's Treasury Transformation team is seeking an experienced End to End Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. We are implementing a cutting-edge One Treasury Platform (OTP) that will provide a set of common capabilities for Finance and Treasury, including modelling, calculation, consolidation, insights and management information. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Treasury risk management.

You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of our One Treasury Platform vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives, including:

  • Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB)

  • Liquidity

  • Capital Management

  • Forecasting

  • Stress Testing


  • You will report to the Treasury Transformation Programme Director and collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT to create and execute a comprehensive delivery plan.

    In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage the end to end delivery plan, encompassing all milestones and dependencies.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, supplier teams and Product Owners to gain agreement on the end-to-end delivery plan and critical path.

  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time and budget.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

  • Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and methodologies.

  • Establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product(s).

    Proven experience in navigating complex Treasury programmes within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of Treasury risk management and operations including, governance and controls frameworks, risk management systems, data and modelling infrastructure.

  • Balance Sheet product knowledge with emphasis on associated modelling and metrics across a combination of regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Building, influencing, and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders (all levels of seniority).

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams to achieve results.


  • The preferred base location for this role will be London, however other UK locations will also be considered and with a hybrid working pattern.
