Full Job Description

The Criminal Justice Department are looking for an Out of Hours Case Administrator to work with them at Mansfield House Police Station. The role is full-time, permanent- working 37 hours per week on average. This will consist of a 12-hour, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights. As a Case Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing and submitting crime files to the Crown Prosecution Service and other Criminal Justice Agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Securing the attendance of prisoners appearing as defendants at court.
  • Ensuring all papers are delivered ready for commencement of Remand Courts daily.
  • Input data onto the computer systems, as well as tracing and chasing court documentation to ensure timescales are met.

    Be educated to GCSE English Language at grade C/4 or above.
  • Proven experience of data entry and using various computer systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a large workload.

Salary range: £23,121 - £24,921. There is are additional shift allowances, weekend working and night work enhancements on top of this salary.
