Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an administrator with strong customer service, I.T. and organisational skills within our friendly, busy administration team. The successful candidate will provide patient administrative support both on a busy Reception desk as well as in the office so a willingness to be flexible is essential. Full system training will be provided., You will provide Reception and office patient administrative support namely making, updating and amending clinic appointments as well as charging, billing and invoicing patients.

A main part of the job is also directing visitors whilst ensuring security procedures are followed i.e. signatures obtained and identity badges obtained.
