Outbound Account Manager - IT / Critical Infrastructure

About the Role Start Date: As an integral part of our International Customer Acquisition team, you'll be reaching out to potential customers on behalf of our client.

• You will be working as an Account Manager on behalf of our client.
• Identifying contacts and potential resellers relevant to our client.
• Generating a structured relationship management strategy, establishing ongoing rapport to provide relevant product and service solutions.
• Highlighting relevant promotions and managing recontact follow up communication strategies, As a key team member, you will:
• Make outbound business-to-business calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads
• Maintain a high standard of quality work
• Report to your Team Manager
• Represent our client's brand in a professional manner
  
  Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs
• Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and closing deals
• Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude
• Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork
• Can contribute motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook to the team dynamic
• Experience in IT/critical infrastructure is essential.
  
  Competitive hourly wage of £14 Per Hour plus pay progression.
