HIGH ROPES / OUTDOOR ACTIVITY INSTRUCTOR | £12.46 per hour In this role, you will meet and greet our guests at Action Challenge, and you will coach and supervise them in a range of exciting activities in a manner that allows them to have great fun whilst feeling safe and secure. Your engagement with our guests will enrich their holiday experience, encouraging them to return and tell their friends. You will be responsible for instructing sessions such as; high ropes, indoor and outdoor climbing, abseiling, tree trekking and Aerial Adventure. You will set up and maintain equipment ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.

• Able to perform under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with working at height for prolonged periods
• Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful approach
• Works well in a team
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
• Must be aged 18 years or over
Desirable requirements:
• Previous experience of working within the leisure / customer service industry
• Experience of Outdoor Sports Activities
  
  You will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 7.30am and 7.30pm and will be weekends only.
