Full Job Description
+ Coordinate an effective and efficient Outpatient Booking service for all staff at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
+ Maintain and administer accurate capacity and utilisation data to ensure optimal use of resources.
+ Enhance the utilisation of Outpatient Clinic Space through strategic planning and management.
+ Develop and maintain the electronic floor planner to streamline operations.
+ Ensure accurate recording of all outpatient activity on Careflow and Intouch systems.
+ Lead training sessions for staff on the online booking system.
+ Continuously review and improve existing working methods to enhance efficiency.
+ Pilot and implement new procedures and systems to stay ahead in healthcare management.
+ Act as the point of contact for nursing staff, Ops support managers, and booking managers to ensure clinics run smoothly.
+ Stay up-to-date with mandatory training to maintain high standards of care.
+ Provide support to the team as needed to foster a collaborative environment.
