Full Job Description

To provide a quality outpatient booking service for patients accessing services in The Cove. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that both new and follow up appointments are processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner and that clinics are booked in line with service requirements and national guidelines., Using PAS and E-Referrals systems to book outpatient appointments and manage allocated clinic bookings within the agreed booking window for each speciality. To provide the patient with the most appropriate appointment, having taken into account their individual needs and circumstances, as well as waiting times and Referral to Treatment targets.To ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times, in accordance with Trust policy.
