Outpatient Pathway Coordinator

Our team strives to provide service excellence to all service users whilst delivering a hugely important service to the community. We are looking for people that want to play a significant role within a high performing team and enjoy delivering a great service every day.

Due to a high-volume increase in patient numbers, we are inviting a self-motivated, organised individual who have excellent customer service skills and are passionate about patient care, to apply for this position.
The role is demanding so you must be confident, assertive and have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. You will have good listening and communication skills and be able to deal with people both internally and externally in a sensitive and professional manner. The ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies is paramount.
