Outpatient Services Support Clerk

You will be part of a team booking and cancelling outpatient appointments on behalf of the Trust. You will have some patient contact booking appointments under 3 week's notice and some electronic bookings for appointments over 3 week's notice and beyond. There are several systems that need to contain identical information and full training will be supplied.
