Are you looking to progress your career as a Senior Administration Assistant looking for a new challenge in healthcare?

Are you organised, dedicated and passionate about supporting patient care?

If the answers are yes, join our team of highly motivated Booking and Reception teams at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and make a real difference to the community!, Provide high-quality administrative support to the Outpatients Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate appointments, booking both new and follow up appointments ensuring national and local targets are always adhered to.

Act as the first point of contact for patients both face to face and by telephone, offering excellent customer service.

Liaise effectively with GP's and other health care professionals both internally and externally.

GCSE's grade C and above in Maths and English or equivalent

Previous experience of working in a customer care environment or experience of working in an office environment.

Previous experience of using Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a large team or individually

Ability to prioritise and organise own workload

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
