Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Supervisor in outpatients to be based within the Outpatient Directorate at our Stoke site., This is a varied role involving supporting with any incoming calls to the Appointments Call Centre and booking outpatient appointments for patients in accordance with NHS national targets. Team building skills are imperative, as is the need to be self motivated with the ability to use your own initiative as and when necessary.

This role also involves supporting with the Cancer Bureau Team so the targets are met within the national guidelines
