Full Job Description

As Outreach Rough Sleeping Coordinator, you can make your own powerful contribution. Our Housing Services are a high-profile aspect of our reputation as a council, and you'll be one of our key leaders, overseeing our rough sleeping and homelessness accommodation and their associated services. As part of this, you'll help define our strategy, drive innovation and make sure our Members and key stakeholders are working together effectively. You'll also manage our service delivery and coordinate inter-agency responses to minimise rough sleeping and other street-based lifestyles that may lead to rough sleeping.

We're looking for substantial experience leading and developing a significant service in a large, multidisciplined organisation. This should include managing complex projects, leading high-performing teams, advanced stakeholder management and successful resource management. You'll have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, strong budgeting acumen and the ability to empower and inspire those around you. Being able to collaborate with a wide range of people and identify new commercial opportunities is also essential.
