Outreach Team & Shared Lives Scheme
We are looking to recruit a Team Manager to manage one CQC registered service and one Outreach support team for our team based in Enfield Highway
Usual working hours are below, willingness to be flexible is required to meet the needs of the service.

- Monday to Thursday 8.45-5pm
- Fridays 9-5pm

Outreach and Shared Lives support adults in the London Borough of Enfield. Employing approximately 8 staff and supporting approximately 14 shared lives households.
The Team Manager plays an integral role in supporting the two teams to maintain delivery of safe services to vulnerable adults with the support of the CQC registered manager.

- Do you Have an NVQ/QCF level 3 or equivalent in Adult Social Care?
