Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a new Overseas Product Administrator, working as part of the Product Team. This varied role provides support to our Product Creation team; holiday planning administration, producing, and updating holiday briefings and associated resources, guest Trip Notes and website descriptions for the full range of products in our overseas destinations., In the role of Overseas Product Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the product managers in all administrative tasks. You will ensure contract details are correct, and match all customer information, update guest and leader information and ensure its accuracy. Additionally, you will provide prompts to suppliers for submission of their contributions all the while establishing strong working relationships with both internal and external partners, including coordinating ideas for new walks and holidays. With guidance and training you will be able to conduct the following tasks; improve and monitor existing holidays to be market leading; take leadership of all aspects of product, from initial development, sales, profitability and quality issues; promotion of products from writing and proofing website pages, to producing articles for our various promotions and newsletters. This opportunity comes with the occasional need to travel and work evenings and weekends.

  • Good all-round administrator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Sound written and verbal communications including confident telephone manner.
  • A passion for travel and love of exploring destinations on foot
  • Ideally previous experience of working with detailed logistics ideally in a customer facing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Office software.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
