As our Overheads Controller, you will drive planning, forecasting, and closure processes, ensure compliance and accuracy of SG&A costs, identify potential risks and opportunities, advise on cost center allocations, and conduct variance analysis to support decision-making. Simultaneously, as our Contracts and Service Business Partner, you will collaborate with the Procurement department to set up supplier negotiations and provide crucial financial insights to secure value-added contractual conditions. Join our team and make a significant impact on our financial performance and procurement efficiency., As Overheads Controller, you will be responsible for aligning with Group guidelines regarding overhead costs, maintaining compliance across all financial processes. You will actively participate in the monthly closure process, meticulously verifying and ensuring accurate accounting of all overhead costs. Your role involves preparing comprehensive monthly closure reports related to overheads for all relevant departments, including detailed explanations and variance analyses.
You will implement and manage sophisticated cost planning systems, utilizing both cost center and activity-based costing methodologies. Conducting in-depth monthly performance reviews, you'll identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve financial targets. You'll foster strong inter-departmental relationships, collaborating closely with various teams to guarantee precise tracking and accounting of all costs. Additionally, you'll provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes across the organization.

As Contracts and Service Business Partner, you will serve as the primary Finance Business Partner for the Procurement department, offering critical financial analysis and challenging proposed financial impacts. You'll ensure rigorous compliance with Ferrero group guidelines and policies, particularly focusing on maintaining robust General Operating Standards (GOS) for the Purchase to Pay cycle. Your responsibilities include developing complex financial models to support supplier negotiations, providing data-driven insights to secure optimal contractual terms.
You will lead the analysis and validation of market projections (e.g., inflation rates) and thoroughly assess their financial impact on future Procurement decisions. Gaining a deep understanding of contract change drivers and their business impact, you'll define key performance indicators (KPIs) and quantify financial implications to ensure proper Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll conduct comprehensive evaluations of suppliers' financial sustainability, analyzing key financial metrics from their Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

In this role, you will continuously monitor contract conditions, paying particular attention to working capital and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) implications. Finally, you'll spearhead cost optimization initiatives and process improvements, driving efficiency and value across the procurement function

Ferrero is seeking candidates ideally with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. The ideal applicant will also have substantial experience in similar roles, preferably gained within multinational companies in the FMCG sector. We value strong knowledge and keen interest in financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxation, and administration.
