Full Job Description

As our new Experience Extraordinaire, you'll be a smooth operator and a great role model, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:

  • Being the voice of the customer and bringing to life the guest and owner experience to improve experience, feedback and performance.

  • Understand, review and effectively use insight and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and experience.

  • Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate team members to maximise team efficiency.

  • Be accountable and responsible for managing all guest and owner complaints.

  • Managing budgetary costs for holiday sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.

  • Planning and delivering a wide range of owner and guest events such as forums, drop-ins, and social events that are tailored to the customers on your park.
