Full Job Description

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Clinical Director for Adult Mental Health and Associate Clinical Director for Patient Flow. In this role you will be required to provide a wide range of P.A. and administrative support, to include implementing organised systems to ensure a forward-thinking approach to project support and in co-ordinating your workload.
You will need to be a clear and effective communicator and confident interacting with wide variety of stakeholders. You will also need to be committed to ensuring that confidentially is always maintained.
You will be highly computer literate, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and using it to good effect. You must also be able to work independently, using your initiative, managing, and prioritising your own workload, and respond swiftly to changing demands and the needs of the department., The main duties of this role will be:
To provide a comprehensive professional, high quality confidential, administration and personal assistant (PA) service to both the Clinical Director for Adult Mental Health and Associate Clinical Director for Patient Flow, thereby ensuring their time is used optimally to discharge their personal objectives.
To coordinate the workload for the Clinical Directors.
Provide support in the organisation and coordination of service-related meetings.
To carry out diary and communications management, development, and maintenance for electronic filing systems
To assist in communicating highly complex or sensitive information.
