Full Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a distinctive, differentiated, and engaging brand proposition, including strategy, visual identity, tone of voice, product and service style that informs 'what we do' across the entire customer journey. Defining a rolling 12-month plan of brand initiatives/propositions to drive reappraisal, consideration, and familiarity
  • Working with stakeholders across the business, using insight to evolve and periodically refresh the brand architecture and evaluate the customer experience to retain relevance to our target audience and retain long term brand equity. Lead creative studio resource and capacity planning to ensure campaign/non-campaign assets deliver against brand guidelines, building distinctiveness and deliver effective ROI (across A&P and G&A).
  • Continue to drive the development strategy for P&O Cruises, based on guest, market and competitor insight and in line with our desired market positioning, to fulfil the brand proposition and delivery of innovative 'best in class new products and services at all guest touchpoints
  • Act as Brand lead on all ship Refit Programme and New Build projects, leveraging guest insights to create the vision, strategy, and concept documents in line with programme plans. Ensure Hotel Design concepts deliver against the brand vision and fleet proposition. Provide strategic direction to Refit Programme to ensure our ships maintain 'brand' standards and continue to evolve guest experience on board

    This role demands a blend of strategic vision & technical expertise. We're looking for someone with:
  • Experience of leading Brand strategy and development for a significant service-based brand, which include managing, developing, and implementing brand and customer centered strategies
  • Commercial acumen, forecasting and budget control
  • Management and leadership of large teams (20+) and associated coaching and development, Your ability to think strategically, drive results with integrity, and inspire your team is what sets you apart.   • Ability to influence and communicate at all levels
