Sizewell C is a significant infrastructure project that will provide low-carbon electricity for 6 million homes. As part of this monumental effort, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our HR Operations team as a PA Project Support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of HR-related projects and supporting the HR leadership team.,

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the HR leadership team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, ensuring all deadlines are met, and tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and ensuring effective communication across teams.

  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, including HR databases and project management tools, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues within HR operations and work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement solutions.

  • Support HR Operations: Assist with general HR operations tasks as required, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

    Proven experience in a PA or project support role, ideally in the following sectors Transport, Energy, or Government.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
