Full Job Description

This role will be responsible for administrative support for the Head of International Sports Talent Sales, including diary management and owning their schedule, meeting and conference call bookings, travel arrangements and expenses, as well as other project work to support initiatives within the Sports Talent Sales business area. There may also be requirements to provide support to the Sports Talent Sales Agents on an ad-hoc basis. The ideal candidate will have an acute eye for detail and be professionally presented. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be unphased within the VIP, high profile environment and be able to operate discreetly and confidentially. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Proactive planning of an ever changing schedule which is subject to last minute changes on an ongoing basis
  • Meeting and conference call bookings, inclusive of relevant reminders and preparation.
  • Preparation of clear and concise travel options
  • Arrangement of travel and all expenses
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including CAA employees, business guests, clients and brand executives
  • Preparing presentations as directed
  • Take notes at meetings, preparing and distributing the minutes as needed
  • Any ad-hoc duties as requested by management
  • Responsible for covering work of the other EA in the Sports team during periods of absence

The role requires an individual who has strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and is personable by nature., Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous PA experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
