Gresham’s Prep School are currently seeking to recruit a talented Personal Assistant to support the work of the Head for a period of up to twelve months (maternity cover). Our School is situated in the Georgian town of Holt and sits within 200 acres of glorious countryside. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast just a few miles away.
The PA to the Head of Prep School will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Head’s office. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact, manage the Head’s schedule, handle communications, and ensure that day-to-day operations of the school leadership run efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic, kind and patient person with the ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. As many aspects of the role are of an administrative nature and require skills associated with mini-project management, the job holder is required to demonstrate high levels of initiative, personal organisation and decision-making skills.
