Full Job Description

PA to Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Salary from £28,000 p.a. depending on experience

Full time (37.5 hours a week)

Reporting to the Assistant Heads Academic, Boarding and Digital & Innovation you will provide comprehensive personal assistant, secretarial and administrative support to three members of the SLT. You will also provide cover for the PA to the Deputy Heads in their absence. You will be required to work in a highly efficient, proactive and confidential manner.

Previous experience of administration in a fast-moving environment and/or working at PA level is essential. You are likely to hold a relevant Business Administration qualification at level 3 or equivalent and be able to type accurately at speed. You will be proficient in using MS Office and some knowledge of databases e.g. iSAMS is desirable.
