Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher in managing their day-to-day activities, as they lead our forward thinking and growing school.
Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to support our new Headteacher in a key role which requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting the smooth running of the school. You will play a vital part in ensuring the Headteacher's time is used effectively and efficiently, contributing to the success of the leadership team and the wider school community.
In addition, you will oversee the front office team, student services and the finance assistant to ensure a friendly, effective, and highly professional service is provided to stakeholders.
This is a rewarding role for an organised and efficient individual to play a pivotal role in a busy and forward-thinking school.

Ideally experience of working in a similar role, within an education environment.
Strong organisational skills with the experience of providing administrative support at a senior level.
Ability to deal effectively and appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
Able to plan and manage a busy and varied workload with the capacity to remain calm and cope with the unexpected.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and commitment to working as part of a team.
Excellent IT skills - confident with the use of Microsoft Office, Google and/or able to learn new systems.
A willingness to be part of the wider school community.
