Job Title: PA to the Principal
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Salary: £28,357 to £32,318 (Grade 8, SCP 22-27) per annum actual salary
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-Time (37 hours), term-time plus two weeks

About the Team
In the role of PA to the Principal, you will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, undertaking a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure effective running of the Leadership Hub. You will also line manage the Administration Team, supporting them in providing comprehensive administrative services and support across the school.

As PA to the Principal at The Hart School, you will be professional and efficient in dealing with those who are seeking contact with the Principal. Our ideal candidate would:
· Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Be able to produce minutes and documents of high quality and accuracy
· Demonstrate attention to detail
· Relish working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:

· Be educated to GSCE A-C in Maths and English or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
· Have experience of providing high-level support in a busy environment
· Have experience of working as a Personal Assistant
