Full Job Description

The PA to the Treasury Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Treasury Department by providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a keen attention to detail., Administrative Support: Manage the Treasury Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the Treasury Director, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently and professionally.

Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Organise and coordinate team meetings and events.

Project Assistance: Assist in various projects and initiatives within the Treasury Department, providing research and administrative support as required.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector but not essential.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.
