NUVIA UK's Technical Services & Consulting department is fast growing with hybrid opportunities available up and down the country. We're striving to create a multidisciplinary team to offer our clients the best range of talent.

Supporting one of our key clients we are looking for an established Package Manager or Assistant Project Manager to support with major infrastructure projects. You will be working with multi-discipline infrastructure system designs to provide an overall sustainment capability improving the buildings capability, include new or upgrades.

Responsibilities of the Package Manager:

  • Responsible for ensuring the project management delivery of the design of multiple buildings package.

  • Provide support on the contract of new Buildings designs, which includes managing the design through RIBA stages 2 - 4.

  • Focusing on owning the verification of the Consultants design documentation through the verification process.

  • Support in delivery of schedule, scope, contractual, financial and risk management functions.

  • Assisting the technical and project team in development of requirements, project scope and solutions for specific work packages.

  • Translate supply chain reporting into useable data to inform planning, monitoring, and control of work packages.

  • Provide input to cost and budget monitoring.

  • Develop Stakeholder management and communications plans.

  • Document & Deliverable management.

  • Contribute to the risk process including the identification, assessment, planning and implementation of risks, opportunities, and issues.


  • Qualifications and Skills of the Package Manager:
  • Educated to Degree level or above.

  • APM project management qualification or equivalent.

  • NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (desirable).

  • Experienced working in a project environment managing design packages. This includes managing the design of highly complex multifunctional buildings.

  • Client side NEC4 contract experience.

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as Nuclear, Defence, Marine or similar.
