Paediatric Booking Administrator

Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Booking, rescheduling outpatient appointments as per Elective Access Policy booking rules.
+ Monitoring electronic Patient Tracking Lists and clinic utilisation.
+ Performing appointment reminder calls, answering the telephone, intercom.
+ Meeting and greeting staff, patients and visitors.
+ Maintaining up to date electronic records.
+ Meeting National NHS targets.
