Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team on the Paedaitric ED at Basildon Hospital., Duties will include caring for children and families in the acute A&E and paediatirc unit, provide support to the junior members of the team, coordinate beds across the service ensuring smooth flow.

  • You will be an experienced practitioner who can respond to conflicting demands.
  • Deputise for the band 7 ward managers and act in a calm professional manner at all times
  • Staff coordination across the paediatric service ensuring each area has safe levels., We work together, and in conjunction with MSE Health and Care Partnership, to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients in a compassionate way, and provide a respectful, but vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
