Full Job Description

As a clinical nurse in the service you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills as well as leading and influencing change. You will be motivated to make a positive difference to the child and family experience, maximising effective patient pathways and flow.

You will ensure collaborative partnership working across teams in promoting service development for future expansion of Children's Services.

Working alongside the multidisciplinary teams you will be responsible for coordinating a comprehensive, integrated, service. You will provide specialist clinical skills and will liaise with all relevant professional groups and agencies within and outside the Trust to enhance the delivery of care to children, young people and families with a learning disability/autism, providing guidance, support and advice.
