You will complete an Emergency Department specific induction programme.
We have a Practice Development Team who will support you as you progress through your career and guide you towards your learning goals, helping you to develop the core skills needed and consolidate previous experiences
We run an in-house Emergency Care course with accreditation from Canterbury Christ University.

You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic nurse with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about your work and wants to be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering a high standard of care to patients. This role offers the opportunity to develop core skills and consolidate previous experiences in a supportive emergency care setting making it the ideal next step for nurses already working in an acute setting to develop their skills and knowledge further.
To be considered for this role you will be
a Registered Nurse with 6 months post qualification experience
able to evidence recent and ongoing professional development
