An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Paediatric Service based in Children's Outpatients at James Cook University Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.
Applicants must demonstrate effective communication skills, professionalism, enthusiasm, be well-motivated and show commitment to team working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the paediatric and neonatal waiting list, ensuring patients are seen in the best time frame possible.
This post is for internal candidates to South Tees Trust. If you are not currently working within the trust your application will not be reviewed and automatically rejected at shortlisting stage. Please be aware of this when submitting your application., The post holder will have excellent planning, communication and organisational skills. They will work closely with the secretarial team and build relationships with the secretarial, appointment and administrative teams to provide an efficient and reliable service for patients, ensuring that all elements of out-patient services unite. An understanding of out-patient waiting list processes although training will be provided for the right candidate.
