Full Job Description
Adopting a family centred approach, the post holder will work in co-production with families and close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the child / young person receives a high standard of nursing care. We are a dynamic team providing high quality nursing care to children and young people within the community, including the patient's own home / respite facilities, the special needs schools, Childrens outpatient clinics and the expanding clinical workload within care closer to home.

- Experience working within the acute and community settings.
- Experience in working with children with complex healthcare needs. Knowledge & Skills Essential
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Basic knowledge of child protection Desirable Evidence of teaching skills,
- Ability to deliver care in an informal setting
- Ability to work without close supervision
