Full Job Description

Are you an experienced paediatric nurse and are looking for a new challenge?, We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced paediatric nurse to join our team on PANDA, providing both clinical and managerial leadership.

You will work alongside the Unit Manager in supporting, motivating and leading a team of skilled paediatric nurses and support workers, whilst working closely with Medical colleagues and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to ensure the safe triage and assessment of infants, children and young people who attend the PANDA unit.

As part of your role you will be expected to have an understanding of flow and capacity and be able to manage this on shift helping to ensure the smooth running of the unit and maintain patient safety.

We are looking to recruit a highly driven, focused and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, with a significant number of years of experience of working in an acute paediatric setting.
