Full Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our digital team here at Harrods. The purpose of the role is to support the business in executing paid media campaigns across various platforms., As the Paid Media Executive you will play a key role in planning, executing, optimising and reporting on campaigns with a key focus on social media, supporting numerous functionalities in the business including online, international and physical entities., Manage paid media campaigns to meet business objectives, including conversion (ROAS) and awareness ads
Ensure all campaigns are created/executed according to brand standards through team quality assurance checks and internal approval processes
Stay up to date on the latest industry and market trends, actively sharing insights and information with the wider team.
Manage campaign finances - raising POs and processing invoices
Support the Paid Media Marketing Manager for wider team tasks and ad hoc duties when required

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of website analytics such as (GA4 or Adobe Analytics) as well as strong experience with social media platforms such as (Meta Ads Manager). We are also looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience as this is important for the role.

You will also have the following;

Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent attention to detail
Able to use own initiative with excellent organisational skills
Confident in data reporting with excellent analytical skills
Previous experience within a retail/luxury brand or digital marketing role
