Are you compassionate, organised, and looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Relevant Persons Representative (PRPR) - and no worries if you're not familiar with the role, we'll explain! What is a PRPR? As a PRPR, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of people living in care homes who lack the capacity to make decisions about their care and support. What does the job involve?

  • Regular visits to care homes: You'll manage a caseload of individuals, visiting them regularly to ensure they are safe and well-cared for.
  • Compassionate communication: You'll engage with people from all walks of life - from care home residents to staff - ensuring that the client's voice is heard.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Following a checklist, you will write and submit detailed reports to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) team.

    Kindness, compassion, good communication skills & the ability to connect with others
  • Organisational skills to manage visits and report effectively
  • IT skills for writing and submitting reports
  • A valid driver's license and car, as you'll be travelling to care homes

  • We are looking for people who can work up to 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
  • The candidate will need to work flexibly in the specified locations as required, based from our Sutton/Croydon office, mainly covering those areas, but not limited to that area.
