Are you compassionate, organised, and looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Relevant Persons Representative (PRPR) - and no worries if you're not familiar with the role, we'll explain! What is a PRPR? As a PRPR, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of people living in care homes who lack the capacity to make decisions about their care and support. What does the job involve?
- Regular visits to care homes: You'll manage a caseload of individuals, visiting them regularly to ensure they are safe and well-cared for.
- Compassionate communication: You'll engage with people from all walks of life - from care home residents to staff - ensuring that the client's voice is heard.
- Monitoring and reporting: Following a checklist, you will write and submit detailed reports to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) team.
Kindness, compassion, good communication skills & the ability to connect with others - Organisational skills to manage visits and report effectively
- IT skills for writing and submitting reports

- Salary of £22010.50 per annum for a 37 hour week or Part time equivalent
